Reporting to Training & Development Manager, this position contribute to the success of PT Thiess Indonesia through development and/or selection of assessment systems ( including psychological assessment ) to evaluate the suitability of current and potential employees for their current employment and to then assist in the creation of development programs. Including the detailed tasks are the development of appropriate criteria for evaluation of the suitability of people for employment in various roles, the development and/or selection of psychological assessment systems to evaluate the suitability of current and potential employees for their employment and to then assist in the creation of development programs, and the development and/or delivery of management training such as Leadership and Supervisory, etc.
This role requires tertiary qualifications in Psychology with 2 ( two ) years experience applying assessment instruments for recruiting or management development, training delivery of soft skill subjects with facilitation method, direct recruiting experience is an advantage, and having experience in an industrial or mining environment.
