PT Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals - We are pharmaceuticals industry, currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated candidate who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, action oriented to fill the following position :
MARKETING SUPPORT MANAGER (MSM)
The ideal candidate should possess :
- S1 Degree, age between 30-40 years old.
- Having min 2 years experiences as marketing support manager, preferable in pharmaceuticals industry or consumer goods.
- Having good analytical skill, planning, monitoring & implementing also reporting (such as sponsorship, promotion, customer profiling & incentive marketing)
- Having deep knowledge & understanding in Management System (such as ISO 9001 and etc)
- Strong leadership, firm and be able to work under pressure.
- Having good skill in operating computer under MS Office (is a must)
- Willing to be located at Head Office, at Bintaro (Tangerang)
SALES MANAGER (SM)/PRODUCT MANAGER (PM)
The ideal candidate should possess :
- Bachelor degree (Master degree is an advantage).
- Male/female, 27-35 years old.
- Min. 2 years experience in similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership and marketing management skills.
- Excellent communication skill, enthusiastic, and self confidence.
- Able to reflect our company values Innovative, Quality and Care.
- Good knowledge in marketing processes, having experience as Medical Representative would be advantage.
- Mature person with a strong analytical skills able to conceptualize, develop and implement marketing & promotion program.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
TRAINING OFFICER (TRO)
The ideal candidate should possess :
- Female/Male 27-35 years old.
- Bachelor degree from Psychology/Pharmacy.
- Min 2 years experiences in training section (preferably having experiences in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemist manufacturing company).
- Having experience to set up training need analysis, training module, training evaluation and training effectiveness.
- Having Good communication skills and an excellent team work/team coordination.
- Attractive and independent, Self starter and energetic, High degree of integrity, Dedicated to the job.
- Strong analytical skills and has a creative problem solving abilities.
- Hard worker and target oriented person.
- Willing to travel.
- Would like to be placed in Bintaro (Tangerang)
FINANCE/ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FA)
The ideal candidate should possess :
- Male/Female, Age Max 40 Years Old
- University Degree with Majoring in Accounting.
- Having 5 years experience in similar position.
- Hard Working, able to work independently or in a team.
- Must be fluent in written & spoken English.
- Strong leadership, eager to develop people, persistence
- Good understanding in accounting/finance.
- Good understanding in all taxation process, reporting and regulation.
- Would like to be placed in Cikarang.
LABORATORY SUPERVISOR (LAB)
The ideal candidate should possess :
- Must has S1 degree in Pharmacy/Exact Sciences
- Has min 2 years experiences in supervisory level in pharmacy/research industry/cosmetic/food industry or consumer goods manufacturing
- Has strong knowledge and experienced in Management System (CPOB, GMP) and production technology
- Strong leadership, mature, honest, responsible, high motivated, self confidence and able work in a team
- Abe to operate computer, especially MS Office
- Would like to be placed in Cikarang
COSTING SUPERVISOR (COST)
The ideal candidate should possess :
- Male/Female, age between 27-35 years old
- Min S1 Degree in Accounting
- Must be have minimum 2 years experiences in the same position (preferable from pharmaceuticals/consumer good manufacturing company)
- Must be PC literate and posses excellent spreadsheet skill
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
- Good knowledge in the preparation and development of Product costing, Standards, Cost Variance and Management reporting
- Mature, independent, strong leadership, attention to detail, skill & self motivated person, persistence.
- Would like to be placed in Cikarang
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (MS)
The ideal candidate should possess :
- Male, age between 27-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree from Mechanical/Electronic Engineering
- Having minimum 2 years experiences as Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Technician in pharmaceuticals/food and beverage/consumer goods manufacturing company
- Good knowledge in maintenance machine matter
- Good communication in English and computer literate
- Mature, independent and having strong leadership
- Would like to work in shift.
- Would like to be placed in Cikarang
