Reporting to the Admin Superintendent, this position will provide secretarial assistance/support and overview efficient running of office with regard to administrative/secretarial function.
This position requires at minimum of Diploma 3 of Secretarial or Degree from social science; a minimum of 2 years experience in similar role or varied admin role; interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate. Having strong motivation, supportive, communicative, time management, initiative, honest, hard working and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
