Pre-Sales Engineer - Secure Transactions
Responsibilities:
- Reports to/ supports the Sales Manager and Technical Manager
- Be able to asses customers’ requirements and provide technical recommendation on EMV Smart Card products
- Lead in project management, includes external communications to banks/customers, as well as to internal development team
- Prepare technical presentations and provide training to the customers
- Ability to travel and support overseas account when necessary
- Ability to work under pressure with tight timeline and manage task prioritization
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science
- 2-3 years working experience preferably in the financial industry. Fresh graduates with good academic results may also apply
- Fluent in both spoken and written English with command of a second language an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Smart Cards and software programming preferred
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in project management techniques
