Quality & Technical Antenna Engineer
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
- Having at least 2 year experience as Product Engineer
- Strong in Electronics Analytical Skill (Able to read Electronics Schematic Diagram)
- Having knowledge in electronics component and its function
- Good knowledge in PCBA process (SMT and Solder wave) and understand about IPC Standard
- Having technical skills in : Analog design, power supply, PCB routing, EMC, Mechanical Packaging, Electro-Mechanical and electrical contacts, plastic molded and stamping parts
- Having experience in assembling processes, automation processes and products knowledge
- Having method skills in : Project/portfolio management, Six Sigma, FMECA
- Ability to work under pressure and willing to be stationed in Batam
Method & Mechanical Design Engineering
Requirements:
- Experienced as Senior Process Engineer with minimum experienced 3 years at the same field
- Education is Degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Familiar with lean six sigma implementation
- Good command in English both spoken and written
- Strong leadership personality with good communication skill, being analytical and a team player is crucial
- Ability to work under pressure and willing to be stationed in Batam
