Crop Specialist I (CS. I)
Requirements:
- Male, max 27 years old
- 1 years experience in the same field but fresh graduated are welcome
- S1 Agriculture(Agronomic, Horticulture, Breeding) from reputable university (min GPA: 2.75).
- Statistic analysis and trial design skill
- Good communication, dynamic, confidence
- Computer / MS Office literature
- Fluently English both oral & written
- Able to drive car will be more preferable
- Willing to be located in Purwakarta
- Willing to travel whole Indonesia
Molecular Biologist
Responsibilities:
Perform routine trial on molecular work (sampling, extracting DNA, chemicals and equipments preparation, PCR, electrophoresis, and data interpretation) related to breeding process, plant diseases identification, and hybrid test
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) with minimal 2 years experience on the field or master degree (S2) with subject on molecular marker technology
- Good basic laboratory skills and manual dexterity
- Familiarity with molecular marker techniques
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work under pressure in term of service based environment and provide technical service support
- Fluently English both oral and written
- Able to work independently
- Able to join immediately
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to be located in purwakarta
Product Promotor
Requirements:
- Male, age max 27 years old
- 1 years experience in the same field but fresh graduated are welcome
- S1 Agriculture from any major , reputable university (min GPA: 2.75).
- Good communication, dynamic, confidence, conceptual and analytical thinking
- Computer / MS Office literature
- Fluently English both oral & written
- Have Motor-cycle and a Driving License (SIM C).
- Willing to be located all around Indonesia
Field Inspector
Requirements:
- Male, age max 30 years old
- 1 years experience in the same field but fresh graduated are welcome
- D3/S1 Agriculture from any major , reputable university (min GPA: 2.75).
- Good communication, dynamic, confidence,
- conceptual and analytical thinking
- Computer / MS Office literature
- Fluently English both oral & written
- Have Motor-cycle and a Driving License
- (SIM C)
- Willing to be located in over all Indonesia
Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator – Purwakarta
Requirements:
- Preferable Male, Maximum age 35 years old.
- S1 from reputable University majoring in Industrial Engineering/Economics/Agriculture
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good Project Management Skill, Managerial Skill & Negotiation Skill
- Having good interpersonal and communication skill, good leadership, dynamic, analytical thinking, mature, responsible and team work
- Highly energetic with initiative and confidence
- People Management Skill; ability to work with others and influence them to accomplish objective
- Computer literate MS Office
- Fluently English both oral & written
- Able to join immediately
- Willing to traveling and work overtime

People Development Specialist – Purwakarta
Responsibilities:
- Provide employee mapping based on soft competency, skill & knowledge, and PPA
- Conduct post training evaluation and propose development program for continuous improvement.
- Monitor training budget of each department.
- Involve in preparing career mapping and talent management program in the organization.
Requirements:
- Preferable Male,Maximum age 35 years old.
- S1 degree in All Major or related field
- At least 4 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having good competency : communication skill, dynamic, information seeking, integrity, confidence, analytical thinking and problem solving
- Computer literate MS Office
- Fluently English both oral & written
- Knowledge of Training and Development, Knowledge of principles and methods of Competency Based Human Resources Management (CBHRM).
- To assist HR Manager to set up yearly training needs through the Training Need Analysis implementation & evaluation system due to the objectives achievement for skills, motivation improvement & productivity increased.
- To conduct all yearly schedule in-house training, technical & behavior skill and give daily coach in certain technical skills and talent people development.
- To assist HR Manager to Develop job competency model and conduct assessment activities in order to select talent people for career development program or succession planning in order to anticipate high key people turn over and also give some daily counseling to help or maintain employee motivation.
