- Maintain & repair building equipments
- Work order form tenants regarding repair building equipment
Requirements:
- Male, max. 28 years of age
- SMK mechanical / Electrical or related
- Good communication, hard worker and high motivation
- Able to work on shift duty
Property Services Officer
Responsibilities:
- Information Center
- Monitoring & Controlling
- Handling Tenant / Resident complaint
- Report and Administration
Requirements:
- Male/Female, single, max. 27 years of age
- Min D3 Tourism/Hotel or equivalent
- Having experience in Apartment / Hotel will be advantage
- Strong command in English, written & oral is a must
- Strong personality & communication skill, good appearance and pleasant personality
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Able to work on shift duty
Customer Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Information Center
- Monitoring & Controlling
- Handling Customer Complaint
- Report
Requirements:
- Male/Female, single, max. 25 years of age
- Min. D3, fresh graduated are welcome
- Good command in English, written & oral
- Strong personality & communication skill, good appearance and pleasant personality
- Able to work on shift duty
