PT Bakels Indonesia, as part of Bakels, a very ambitious company with its head office based in Switzerland and having its own offices / factories in more than 30 countries around the world as well as selling its ingredients through agents and distributors into 120 plus countries every year. Bakels develops, produces and distributes a wide range of Bakery Ingredients for bakers & pastry chefs and others who are involved in the food industry. PT Bakels Indonesia are currently seeking :
Finance/Accounting/Tax (Code: ACC/TAX)
Requirements:
- Female Max 30 Years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Have minimum 1-2 Years Experiences in Accounting
- Understand Taxation (VAT, WHT 21,23,25,4(2), ETC )
- Fluent in English ( Both Oral and Written )
- Good Computer literate, Familiar with Accurate Accounting Program
- Have some Experiences with E-SPT would be an advantage
- Able to handle full set of account (GL, AP, AR AND FIXED ASSETS)
- Able to make cash flow Projection, Budgeting, Planning & Financial Controlling
- Able to Liaise with auditors
- Honest, Hard worker, Strong leadership, Good personality, Can work under Pressure and discipline
Export Import Staff (Code: EIS)
Requirements:
- Female, max. 30 years old
- Minimum S1 degree in any discipline
- GPA min. 3.00 from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field
- Experience in export import license, execution, PIB, and custom clearance
- Experience in logistic import/export and port activities and monitor import shipment
- Having knowledge of Export-import documents & procedures
- Familiar in dealing with shipping companies / agents
- Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
- Good negotiation and administration skills (MS Office and email), and attention to details
- Hard working, teamwork, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
