Responsibilities:
- Setup competitive and equitable compensation & benefit for employee
- Analyze salary structure and job evaluation
- Managing the Internal & external market survey
- Develop retention program
Requirements:
- Male/ Female, with max age 30 years old
- Bachelor degree or Master degree from Human Resources Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experience in analyzing and designing compensation and benefit
- Good analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, communication skill and also detail oriented
- Job location : Jakarta
Parts Inventory Analyst
Requirements:
- Holding bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering, Statistic or its equivalent from reputable university (minimum GPA 2.85)
- Female, with maximum age 30 years old
- A good knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Inventory management system
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Good analytical skill
- Self motivated, good initiative and reliable
- Attentive to details
