- S1 in Psychology
- Minimal 1-2 years working experience in a similiar position
- Computer literate, excellent communication skills
- Strong familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Good understanding with HR matters
- Good understanding about a psychological test, interpretation, interview technique and scoring Fast learner, discipline and independent
- Good interpersonal & communication skill, analytical thinking and problem solving
- Working to work hard, honest & strong self initiative, and team work compatible
