PT Mizuho Balimor Finance, We are a Japanese joint venture multi finance company, with a strong background in middle – upper automotive industry. We are expanding our Company in order to become one of the leaders in automotive multi finance industry. We are opening opportunities for new candidates to join our growing team as:

Legal Officer (Code: LO)
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law majoring in Business/Economic/Civil.
• Minimum 1 year experience at Notary/Law Firm/Finance/Banking;
• Attention to details and familiar with corporate legal document;
• Having certified of PERADI and experience in litigation;
• Having experience and good knowledge in legal drafting, license, and fiduciary;
• Good command in English both oral and written;
• Able to work as team, under pressure and tight deadline;
• Proactive and high initiative, adaptive and fast learner;
• Computer literate (minimal Microsoft office);
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent. Job role in Legal Assistant/Paralegal or equivalent.
• Job location: Jakarta.

General Affairs (Code: GA)
Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years of age;
• Diploma/ Bachelor degree of any discipline;
• Minimum 1 year experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply);
• Proficiency in all MS-Office Application and having a good analytical view;
• Good command in English;
• Able to work as team, under pressure and tight deadline;
• Proactive and high initiative, adaptive and fast learner;
• Honest, highly motivated and good personality;
• Service Oriented;
• Job location: Jabodetabek area.
