Officer Development Program (ODP)
Requirements:
- Minimal education Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in any field from reputable accredited university
- Having minimal GPA 2.75
- Age max 25 years old (without experience) or max 27 years old (with 1 year experience in banking)
- Good looking
- Having good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworker, diligent and independent
- Proficiency in English
- Willing to follow the entire selection process
- Willing to be placed anywhere at Bank Agroniaga business unit
- Physically and mentally healthy
