Recruitment Staff
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Prepare, manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Organize, coordinates meetings
- Maintains schedule and calenders
- Arrange, confirms appointments
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Respond to public inquiries
- Run efficiently & effectively
Requirements:
- Relevant training
- Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications
- Business principles
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Time management
- Discretion and Confidentiality
- Minimum age: 20 years old
