Compensation & Benefit Staff
Responsibilities:
Supporting Compensation & Benefit section head in managing & processing the employee’s benefit system (healthcare, COP, & facilities)
Requirements:
- Female, age below 28 years old
- Candidate should be holding at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Accountancy from reputable university with GPA > 2.75
- Having experience in HR Administration would be an advantage
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Visio, Pivot, Oracle)
- Interest to work with data analyzing
- Having good logic & analytical ability, fast learner, & able to thrive in fast paced
- Willing to be place at Lippo Karawaci
